Adriann's Detox / Wellness Tea

With the seasons changing and flu season weather upon us, there's no better time than now to help our immune systems (and nervous systems) process the change. 

We're sharing the recipe for Adriann's Detox / Wellness Tea, that happens to be extremely beneficial for more reasons than beating the cold  weather. 

Ginger root and lemon help to detoxify, while providing ultimate hydration, gut microbiome love, and anti-inflammatory benefits. 

Raw organic honey helps to soothe and heal.

And it's great served hot or iced!



+ Bring 8 cups of water to a boil in a pot.

+ Grate 2 to 3 inches of ginger.

+ Squeeze half a lemon and add in the juice along with the peel.

+ Boil for 2 to 3 minutes.

+ Strain and add raw honey to taste.

*Add in cayenne pepper (optional)
